Joyful Every Year Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup Dairyland Lactose Free Milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- Oil for frying

- 1/4杯煉奶
- 1湯匙融化牛油

Directions
- Mix glutinous rice flour, Dairyland Lactose Free Milk, sugar, condensed milk, and butter until smooth.
- Pour into a greased dish and steam for 40 minutes.
- Let cool, then slice into pieces.
- Fry slices in oil until golden on both sides.
- Serve warm.
做法:
- 將糯米粉、Dairyland 無乳糖牛奶、糖、煉奶和牛油混合至順滑。
