Fragrant-Milk Little Gold Brick
Ingredients
- 2 cups Dairyland Lactose Free Milk
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- Oil for frying
- Icing sugar (optional)

- 2杯 Dairyland 無乳糖牛奶
- 4湯匙粟粉
- 3湯匙糖
- 1/2杯中筋麵粉
- 1/4杯水
- 適量油(炸用)
- 糖霜(可選)
Directions
- Mix Dairyland Lactose Free Milk, 2 tbsp cornstarch, and sugar in a saucepan.
- Heat and stir until thick.
- Pour into a tray, let cool, and refrigerate until firm.
- Cut milk jelly into squares.
- Mix remaining cornstarch and water into a batter.
- Dip squares in batter, fry until golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
