Double Luck Milk Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups Dairyland Lactose Free Milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 egg whites

- 2杯 Dairyland 無乳糖牛奶
- 2湯匙糖
- 2個蛋白
Directions
- Heat Dairyland Lactose Free Milk gently until a skin forms. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Pour milk into bowls, reserving the skin, and add sugar.
- Mix egg whites with milk, then pour back into bowls under the skin.
- Steam bowls over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Let cool and serve chilled.
做法:
- 將 Dairyland 無乳糖牛奶加熱至表面形成奶皮,稍微放涼。
- 牛奶倒入碗中,留住奶皮,加入糖。
- 蛋白打勻後加入牛奶,再倒回奶皮下方。
- 中火蒸15分鐘。
- 放涼後冷藏食用。
