Avocado Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana (or mango), peeled and sliced
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
- 500 mL (2 cups) Dairyland organic milk, very cold
- to taste: vanilla extract
Directions
- Place the banana (or mango) and avocado in a blender.
- Add the milk and vanilla and blend until thick and smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
