Avocado Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 4
1 ripe banana (or mango), peeled and sliced
2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
500 mL (2 cups) Dairyland organic milk, very cold
to taste vanilla extract

Directions

1 Place the banana (or mango) and avocado in a blender.
2 Add the milk and vanilla and blend until thick and smooth.
3 Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
