Lunch Express Smoothie
Serves 4
250 ml (1 cup) Dairyland milk
250 g (1/2 container) Dairyland light cottage cheese
125 ml (1/2 cup) water
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted
1/2 ripe pear, quartered
125 ml (1/2 cup) frozen spinach
60 ml (1/4 cup) alfalfa sprouts
To taste fresh parsley leaves
To taste fresh coriander leaves
30 ml (2 tbsp) wheat germ
To taste celery salt


1 In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
2 Serve promptly.
